  • After we send you an inquiry, how long does it take to get a reply?

    On working days, we will reply to you within 12 hours after receiving the inquiry.

  • Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?

    We have our own factory, and we also have our own international trade department. We produce and sell our own products.

  • What products can you offer?

    We mainly produce electric hammers and power tool parts.

  • Can you make customized products?

    Yes, we can customize products, we develop and produce products according to the drawings or samples provided by customers.

  • Are you producing standard parts?

    Yes, in addition to customized products, we also have some standard parts for power tools, mainly including angle grinders, electric drills, electric hammers, electric picks, etc.

  • What is your company's production capacity?

    We have 12 new energy-saving and environmentally friendly investment casting production lines, including one or two assembly processing lines, with an annual production capacity of 1,000,000 machines.

  • How many employees does your company have, and how many of them are technicians?

    The company currently has more than 100 employees, including more than 30 professional and technical personnel and more than 10 engineers.

  • How does your company ensure product quality?

    We will conduct corresponding inspections after each process. For the final products, we will conduct full inspections according to customer requirements and international standards.

  • What are the payment methods?

    When quoting, we will confirm the transaction method with you, whether it is FOB, CIF, CNF or other methods. For mass production, we usually pay 30% in advance and then pay the balance upon receipt of the bill of lading. Our payment method is mostly T/T, of course L/C is also acceptable.

  • How are goods shipped to customers?

    Usually we ship by sea, because we are very close to Ningbo and Shanghai, and sea export is very convenient.

  • Where are your goods mainly exported to?

    Our products are mainly exported to Russia, the United States, Germany, Japan, Spain, Italy, South Korea, Australia, Canada and dozens of other countries.
